This application must be filled out completely and truthfully. All fields are required. Incomplete applications will be denied.
An PBI team member will contact you within seven (7) days. If you are not contacted, please assume your application was not selected.
PBI's priority is to place our dogs into the right foster home for them. This could mean we may not select a "good" application if the dog the applicant wants to foster is not the right match for their home. We ask applicants to respect our decisions in regards to choosing the best foster homes for our dogs.
For applications selected, a vet-check will be done, then a home visit made. PBI will not proceed with an application if these steps cannot be completed by an organization representative. Third-party home visits (those by an individual or organization unrelated to PBI) do not meet this requirement.
